Samson Appoints Branislav Zivkovic as New President

Samson is proud to announce Branislav Zivkovic as the company’s new President. Since joining Samson as Vice President of Global Sales in 2017, Branislav has grown domestic and international sales significantly for the Samson, Hartke, and Michael Kelly Guitars brands. He played a key role in expanding Samson's global reach in the CE channel, strategically positioning the brand to serve new consumer segments. This growth culminated in 2022, marking the most profitable year in the company’s 44-year history.

Under Branislav’s leadership, Samson has pivoted from a traditional "push" approach to pioneering innovative "pull" strategies, helping establish the company as an industry leader. By fostering individual, transparent collaboration with over 100 channel partners, the sales team has strengthened Samson’s brand loyalty and boosted sell-through effi-ciency, with a sharp focus on improving working capital across the entire value chain.

Samson would also like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to outgoing president Jack Knight, who retired after 31 years of dedicated service. Jack’s steadfast contributions were invaluable, and we wish him well as he continues to pursue his passions, whether as an avid tennis player, accomplished bassist, or skilled cellist.
